KleenMark’s self-performed facilities management and maintenance services provide complete or supplemental management of your facility, systems and maintenance needs.

We specialize in commercial, education, healthcare, manufacturing and biotech, with a focus on facilities 40,000 square feet or larger. 

Each team is staffed with supervisors and/or lead workers who are fluent in English.

Definitely. We offer a wide range of specialty services, including but not limited to: COVID-19 disinfection, light-bulb replacement and recycling, day-porter services, upholstery cleaning, hard surface floor care and carpet care, and post-construction clean up.

Our cleaners are expertly trained at KleenMark University to master cleaning best practices. They undergo additional training each month. We also provide specialty training for cleaning sterile environments such as healthcare facilities. In fact, we’ve been trained by a consultant from the Association of PeriOperative Registered Nurses (AORN), based on the guidelines established by AORN’s Environmental Sanitation and Terminal Cleaning Recommended Practices.  

We have three offices: a corporate office in Madison and two branch offices in Milwaukee and Appleton. These offices serve regions throughout Wisconsin, northern Michigan and northern Illinois. 

KleenMark is recognized for its green cleaning programs through its Cleaning Industry Management Standard – Green Building (CIMS – GB) certification. We clean all of our buildings using many green-certified chemicals and green-cleaning processes. Through our facility supplies business, KleenMark Facility Supplies, we also provide the best in green-cleaning products for our clients purchase.

KleenMark employees are required to wear a KleenMark uniform and picture ID badge in plain sight.
