Verification

We perform background checks to ensure trustworthy people in your building. Court Automation Program, we review a seven-year period and can extend the search if needed.

References & Drug Test

We also verify a minimum of two positive previous employment references for every new hire. Additionally all KleenMark employees are subject to a random drug testing policy both before and during their employment.

Hiring & Training

Every cleaner who accepts our offer of employment is required to complete an on-line training program that outlines our expectations and ongoing resources. This is in addition to ongoing in-person training.
