service and consistent results you can count on. Also a leader in the industry, Scott serves on ISSA’s Board of Directors.
Mike Staver
Integrator & COO
Mike is responsible for a team of 800-plus
employees who clean more than 20 million square feet each day. From training to operational best practices, Mike is at the helm. He works to make sure our clients receive the five-star service they expect – and that we demand of ourselves.
Brad Barta
Controller
With 20 years of experience, Brad leads KleenMark’s accounting team. His primary responsibility is to manage client financials, delivering accurate, timely and flexible billing based on customer needs. Additionally, he oversees long- and short-term forecasting, payroll and all other accounting functions.
Miguel Villagomez
Director of Medical Operations
Miguel oversees our medical cleaning teams, responsible for keeping some of Wisconsin’s largest healthcare facilities safe and disinfected. With years of specialized training and experience, Miguel understands the nuances, certifications, processes and attention to detail needed to deliver consistent, exceptional results that the medical industry requires.
Gabriela Ortiz
Recruitment Manager
Gabriela oversees our bilingual in-house recruitment team and develops the cross-functional recruiting & retention strategies throughout the State. With over 8 years of experience in high volume sourcing, interviewing, quality and compliance, Gabriela understands the industry’s demands when it comes to staffing needs. By onboarding individuals according to our core values, and motivating recruiters to attract talent that fits our culture, KleenMark relies on a workforce of high-quality professionals.

Director of Operations
Brian oversees all operations for KleenMark’s commercial, manufacturing and educational verticals. He works with each Branch Manager to support the teams in the field. With over 10 years of experience in Operational Management, he works to support the professional growth of all his employees. Branch Manager – Madison
Julio leads our operational team in Madison and the Dane County area. He oversees a team of hundreds of cleaners responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services. With over 14 years of experience of Operational Management with KleenMark, he is an expert in providing solutions for the unique needs of his customers.
Fidel Jaramillo
Branch Manager – Milwaukee
Fidel oversees operations in the Greater Milwaukee Area, manages resources and staff, and develops talent within KleenMark. With more than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Fidel understands the importance of building relationships, while providing exceptional experiences and results for our customers in Southeastern WI.
Ian Elliott
Branch Manager – Fox Valley
Ian is based in Appleton and works closely with all our clients throughout the Fox Valley and Northern Wisconsin to make sure they receive consistent, quality results. Along with managing a large team of professional cleaners, he is responsible for keeping Fox Valley technicians trained and up to date on industry best practices. Ian is a British Army veteran, with over 16 years’ experience in Global Risk management, A proven track record within project and operations management, developing and mentoring team members.
