After taking the helm from his father and brother, Scott has continued to strengthen and drive our commitment to client service and consistent results you can count on. Also a leader in the industry, Scott serves on ISSA’s Board of Directors.
Mike Staver
Integrator, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Development Officer
Mike is responsible for a team of 800-plus employees who clean more than 20 million square feet each day. From training to operational best practices, Mike is at the helm. He works to make sure our clients receive the five-star service they expect – and that we demand of ourselves.
Katie Wilke
Chief Administration Officer
Katie oversees the day-to-day administration operations, provides input for strategic planning, sets goals for departments, and collaborates on policy implementation. She oversees resource allocation, evaluates performance, optimizes processes, and ensures smooth back-office operations.
Brad Barta
Controller
With 20 years of experience, Brad leads KleenMark’s accounting team. His primary responsibility is to manage client financials, delivering accurate, timely and flexible billing based on customer needs. Additionally, he oversees long- and short-term forecasting, payroll and all other accounting functions.
Miguel Villagomez
Vice President of Medical Operations
Miguel oversees our medical cleaning teams, responsible for keeping some of Wisconsin’s largest healthcare facilities safe and disinfected. With years of specialized training and experience, Miguel understands the nuances, certifications, processes and attention to detail needed to deliver consistent, exceptional results that the medical industry requires.
Brian Regnart
Director of Operations
Brian oversees all operations for KleenMark’s commercial, manufacturing and educational verticals. He works with each Branch Manager to support the teams in the field. With over 10 years of experience in Operational Management, he works to support the professional growth of all his employees. Additionally, he focuses on growing long-term partnerships with every customer. A firm believer in the KleenMark Core Values – Trust, Teamwork, Results.
Rachel Nixon
HR, Training, and Heath/Safety Manager
Rachel oversees the HR team and is responsible for HR policies, procedures, benefits, employee relations, and legal compliance. She is also responsible for employee training, along with health and safety. In addition, she is accountable for employee engagement in partnership with our leaders.

Distribution General Manager
Billy is the KleenMark Distribution General Manager, responsible for KleenMark’s products and equipment sector. He takes great pride in developing teams and creating a healthy work culture. That same pride translates into the passion he has in helping our clients and providing them with the best solutions to their janitorial supply needs. Whether he’s working from the KleenMark Distribution office in Madison, or out and about in the field connecting with our customers, Billy is someone you can always count on to provide unparalleled customer service.

Julio leads one of our branch’s operational teams. He oversees a team of hundreds of cleaners responsible for providing comprehensive cleaning services. With over 14 years of experience of Operational Management with KleenMark, he is an expert in providing solutions for the unique needs of his customers.

Fidel oversees his branch operations, manages resources and staff, and develops talent within KleenMark. With more than 15 years of experience in Supply Chain Management & Logistics, Fidel understands the importance of building relationships, while providing exceptional experiences and results for our customers.
